Originally from Edmonton, Josh Beamish grew up in Kelowna, BC where he began dancing under the direction of his mother. Upon moving to Vancouver in 2004, he founded MOVE: the company, a charitable contemporary dance organization. The company’s work has been performed throughout Canada and the US, most notably at the Canadian Embassy in Washington, DC and at the Joyce SoHo in New York. Catherine Thibault-Denis commence sa formation en ballet avant d’entrer à LADMMI d’où elle gradue en 2007. Attirée par le mélange des genres, elle complète un BAC en art dramatique et voue un intérêt particulier à la marionnette. Catherine a vécu plusieurs mois en Belgique et les rencontres faites là-bas ont contribué à enrichir et à façonner son univers créatif. À titre d’interprète, elle danse pour Esther Rousseau-Morin, Anne Thériault et Sasha Kleinplatz. La Chambre de ma sœur est sa première création.

Born in Argentina, Susana Cook is a New York based performance artist who has been creating original work for over 20 years. Some of her latest shows are : Homeland inSecurities, The idiot King, The Values Horror Show, 100 Years of Attitude, Dykenstein, Hamletango, Conga Guerrilla Forest, Gross national Product, Hot Tamale, Rats and Tango Lesbiango. Julian J. Mesri has been sound-designing plays and writing music for theatre since 2003. He has been the lead sound-designer and composer for performance and theatre artist Susana Cook, and has had his work shown in New York venues such as Dixon Place and WOW Café and festivals in Buenos Aires, Cadiz and Montreal. A recent graduate of Williams College, he has designed two Williams theatre productions (Big Love and Panorama), as well as working with New Stage Collective in Cincinnati (A Number), International WOW (Reconstruction, Ice Factory) and Satori Group (Artifacts of Consequence).

Caroline Laurin-Beaucage a complété sa formation professionnelle à la School of Toronto Dance Theatre en 1999. Depuis 10 ans, elle a dansé pour de nombreuses compagnie dont la cie Bouge de là, Fortier Danse Création, La Fondation Jean-Pierre Perrault et Louise Bédard. Cette année, elle prend part à une résidence avec Jacques Poulin-Denis en Corée. Parallèlement, elle poursuit son travail chorégraphique avec Martin Messier dans Hit ans Fall qui sera aussi présenté à Halifax et à Judson Church (NY).

Martin Messier est compositeur, performeur et vidéaste. Il a complété une formation au baccalauréat en composition électroacoustique à l’Université de Montréal.
