As an independent dance artist Namchi Bazar has produced and presented her work throughout Canada and has collaborated with inspiring artists nationally and internationally. After completing her BFA in Contemporary Dance from Concordia University she launched on her path of exploration, collaboration and co-creation with a focus on Indo-contemporary and fusion arts in both traditional and experimental contexts.

Sarah-Ève Grant is a dance graduate in creation from UQÀM and the choreographer of Mode d’emploi à l’appui (2007), Une poutre dans l’œil (2009) and d’Un jour, mon père m’a dit (opening for Dave St-Pierre last May). Recently graduated from Concordia University with a BFA in Contemporary Dance, Patrick Lloyd Brennan is an emerging choreographer based in Montreal. His work has been presented at Tangente (Danses Buissonnières Classe 2010), Studio 303, Sala Rossa, Nuit blanche, and the Art Matters Festival. The Tenderness Project – Projet Tendresse’s artists began collaborating in 2008 to perform the Wish Choir presented with Annie Abrahams at Oboro Gallery, Montreal. These artists have since presented video, multimedia installation, collaborative dance and performance works– through various form and configuration– in Buenos Aires, Boston, Montreal, Paris, Seville and Toronto.

Re-located in Montreal for nearly a decade, both Natalie Zoey Gauld and Ashlea Watkin are accomplished artists in Montreal’s contemporary dance scene. This is their first collaborative effort. www.ashleawatkin.com

Andrew Tay is a graduate of the Contemporary Dance Program from Concordia University. His work has been shown in theatres and festivals in Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, Quebec city, St. John’s and New York. With choreographer Sasha Kleinplatz he founded wants&needs danse, together they produce the popular Piss in the Pool and short&sweet dance events. www.wantsandneeds.ca
