After next year’s success, Les Rendez-Vous du Cinéma Québécois are back with their contest Ciné-Danse where Studio 303 will give out an award to it’s favorite choreography.
The contest and related performances will take place on Tuesday, February 23rd 2010.

Call for submissions
We still have a few candidates missing so hurry up and submit your project!
To participate, choose a 3-minute scene from a quebecois movie.
In solo or in group, create a performance to be danced in front of the screen.
Surprise us and have fun! The judges are Anik Bissonnette, Miriam Ginestier, Victor Quijada, and filmmaker Guillaume Paquin-Boutin.

Please send your submissions – including the title of the film, the exact timing of the scene, your coordinates, and your short bio – to cine.danse.rvcq@gmail.com

The 303 prize
- Mentorship sessions with a member of the Studio 303 (artistic, administrative, technical) up to 2 hours according to availability;
- Studio time (up to 10 hours) + equipment, depending on the availabilities during the summer;
- A co-presentation possibility with Studio 303 for the following season.

+ The winner can also attend professional workshops for free (if they agree to take attendances).

There are also many other prizes such as studio time and mentorship from Circuit-Est and the CAM, Cirque du Soleil and Festival des Arts de St-Sauveur tickets, free classes at Ashtanga yoga, movies, etc.

The 2009 Ciné-danse winners were Thierry Huard and Gabrielle Desgagnés (presented during Rafales on Sept 18-19)
