JESUSA RODRÍGUEZ AND LILIANA FELIPE (MEXICO)
Join us Sunday October 14th for the Canadian premiere of a subversive chef d’œuvre by
two highly acclaimed Mexican artists! Performed in Spanish with English supertitles, Dialogos entre Darwin y Dios attacks organised religion, authoritarianism, colonialism and ignorance with wit and musicality. Actress, writer and social activist Jesusa Rodríguez plays God AND Darwin, accompanied by her partner in life and in work, Liliana Felipe’s original compositions on piano.

Choreographer Tedi Tafel is looking for performers to participate in the early stages of research into public group intervention for a new work entitled Reenchanting the City. This process-based exploration will consist of preparation, the performed action(s) and a shared discussion around the experience.

EDGY WOMEN 2013 - 20th anniversary: ARTS / SPORTS / GENDER. Performance / Video / Installation
We are seeking works to complete the Blue Cat Boxing Club program (March 8–10 2013). All proposals will be considered (lectures, performances, visual art, short videos, installations) as long as they reflect a strong awareness of thematic context, and when pertinent, shared space and audience flow.
