However, it now requires too much administrative work.<br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unfortunately, we can no longer continue with this policy and will need your help!&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By updating our cancellation and refund policy, we hope to give ourselves the means to continue to offer you flexibility, while ensuring our activities run smoothly.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"professional-workshops\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">PROFESSIONAL WORKSHOPS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keeping workshops accessible to all is our priority, whether in terms of price, diversification of offerings, expectations, etc. It is therefore important for us to be able to offer you the possibility of cancelling your participation in a workshop. Please note that we cannot make exchanges. Please notify us of your absence at any time. &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Up to two weeks before the workshop: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full refund<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Within two weeks of the workshop: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partial refund (75%) to cover administration costs<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Less than 72 hours before the start of the workshop: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partial refund (50%) to cover administration costs<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Once the workshop has started, it is no longer possible to obtain a refund. <\/b>In exceptional cases (COVID-19, injury, accident, etc.), a 50% refund may be requested on the first day of the workshop. Afterwards, refunds will not be possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"events\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">EVENTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With meals, childcare and simply limited space at each of our events, it&#8217;s important to let us know if you&#8217;re not coming so we can contact our waiting lists.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Up to one week before the event:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Full refund<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Within a week of the event:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> We can offer a partial refund (50%).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Within 48 hours of the event: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No refunds possible, but we encourage you to let us know so we can contact the waiting list.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"rentals\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">RENTALS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to keep our rates as low as possible, we ask for your collaboration with the following terms.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Payment:<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We require payment in full 48 hours (business days) prior to the start of your rental. If payment is not received within this time, your rental will be automatically cancelled and you will be fully charged.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Up to two weeks prior to your rental: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellation or schedule modification without charge.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Within two weeks prior to your rental<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: In case of cancellation, 50% of the total will be kept as an administrative fee.
