OBJECTIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This workshop explores improvisation methodologies and techniques rooted in street dance and hip-hop freestyle. This approach is part of the freestyle and performance development program Free Form Lab that has been shared in various structures, namely in Ebnfloh dance company. Open to all styles and movement backgrounds, it emphasizes self-expression through guided exercises, creative tools and individual exploration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONTENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop revolves around improvisation through movement, accompanied by discussions on freestyle and street dance methodologies and approaches. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in creative exchanges, encouraging the sharing of ideas and experiences between dancers. Specific improvisation tools will be defined and explored within a sound and movement-based framework rooted in hip-hop culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BIOGRAPHY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PAX is a multidisciplinary performing artist and creator. She has been an innovator in the hip hop and street dance community locally and internationally. Her work has been presented on various platforms, notably at the V&A Museum (London, U.K.). She is actively engaged in creating artistic development programs, and has shared these methodologies in various structures, namely within Ebnfloh dance company led by Alexandra Lande who is a mentor and long time collaborator.  She is the founder of A.MUSE, an interdisciplinary company whose mission is to showcase culture and art through various artistic mediums. Her various areas of interest include dance, film, fashion, design, and digital media.She has developed unique improvisation methodologies and is continuously engaged in creating platforms that facilitate and support self-expression. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
