Objective

This hybrid movement class combines floor work, partnering, simple standing sequences, and improvisation to foster movement, expression, community, and creativity in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Warm-ups include somatic exercises that focus on mobility, recovery, and flexibility. Functional drills combine Pilates, Yoga, and coordination patterns to build strength, stamina, and balance. Participants will engage in improvisation structures to develop creativity and expression for solos, duos, and groups, as well as learn easily accessible choreographic phrases. Class is adaptable for varying fitness levels and is accompanied by great playlists. The session will have a 14-week progression, but participants can drop in or purchase 7-week packages.

Content

A class for all levels of experience to generate movement, while engaging with others and connecting to your physicality.
