ACROSS OCEANS - An Indigenous Artist Gathering

(Canada + Australia + Greenland)

Victoria Hunt by Heidrun Lohr

February 11th to 20th, 2019

Studio 303 is hosting 9 days of professional development activities with and for local and visiting Indigenous performing artists. Two Australia-based artists, Victoria Hunt and Jacob Boehme will be offering movement-based morning workshops, while three Greenlandic Inuit artists will be in residency in the afternoons. Around this, we are building an informal program of social events (meals, studio visits, outings to see shows, etc.) in collaboration with Emilie Monnet, Lara Kramer and Daina Ashbee. The workshops and some social events are open to all, with priority given to Indigenous artists.
