Objective

This workshop explores improvisation methodologies and techniques rooted in street dance and hip-hop freestyle. This approach is part of the freestyle and performance development program Free Form Lab dedicated to the evolution of street dance practices.
Open to all styles and movement backgrounds, it emphasizes self-expression through guided exercises, creative tools and individual exploration.

Content

The session engages with improvisation as both a movement practice and an internal framework, offering a space for reflection, experimentation, and the development of a personal movement language. The workshop revolves around improvisation through movement in relationship to music, accompanied by discussions on freestyle and street dance methodologies and approaches. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in creative exchanges, encouraging the sharing of ideas and experiences between dancers.
