Objective

FlexiStrap Flossing is a gentle yet deep stretching gentle technique. Unlike traditional methods that focus on individual muscles, the FlexiStarp Flossing approach adopts the Anatomy Trains® holistic perspective by working along entire interconnected fascial chains, targeting the connective tissue network that envelops and links muscles across the body. Flossing the Fascial matrix helps release restrictions and reduce stiffness, improve tissue elasticity and range of motion, promote better movement efficiency and awareness, and foster increased relaxation—leading to a renewed sense of comfort and balance in the body.

Content
