Based in Tiohtià:ke / Mooniyang / Montreal, Studio 303 is a spacious, bright, mirrorless studio that offers a simple and friendly atmosphere, ideal for creation, experimentation, and especially suited for floor work. It can accommodate solo or group rehearsals, auditions, and classes. It is also available for photo and video shoots, meetings, weddings, and even film screenings.

Description

1800 sq ft: 48.2’ x 37.4’ / Height: 10.2

⇾ Fully sprung hardwood floor
⇾ 10 large south- and west-facing windows
⇾ Sound system (1 mixing board, 4 speakers)
⇾ Wifi
⇾ Air conditioning in summer
⇾ 18 folding chairs, cushions (18 seats)
⇾ 1 cocktail table (2’x2’), 2 wooden tables (2.5’x4’), 1 folding plastic table (2.5’x5’)
⇾ Black theatre curtains on rails
⇾ Mixed-gender changing room with mirrors, no shower

Equipment

Studio 303 offers the following equipment for rent (to be used only in our studio):

⇾ 2 microphones: $15/day/microphone
⇾ Ceiling-mounted Christie 5000 lumens projector: $50/day*
⇾ EPSON (mobile) projector: $40/day
⇾ On request: Benches (53 seats)
⇾ Mandatory technician fee: $34/hr, minimum of 4 hours

* Changing the projector’s orientation requires technician fees.
Some equipment may be used outside the studio.

    • Desired rental time (Include the date, start time, and end time)
    • Reservation and invoicing information:
      • Full name (first and last)

      • Postal address
  4. Please also consider that:
    • Rental requests and payments are only processed Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m.
    • Payments are accepted by Interac e-Transfer or credit card (payment instructions will be provided in the invoice along with your rental contract).
