Cancellation and refund policy

Effective starting April 1st, 2023

With the pandemic, we wanted to have the most accommodating cancellation policy possible. However, it now requires too much administrative work.
Unfortunately, we can no longer continue with this policy and will need your help! 

By updating our cancellation and refund policy, we hope to give ourselves the means to continue to offer you flexibility, while ensuring our activities run smoothly.

Without a certain number of participants, workshops cannot take place. Please let us know if you are absent at any time, and if you’re able, please find someone to take your spot!  

Up to two weeks before the workshop: Full refund
Within two weeks of the workshop: Partial refund (75%) to cover administration costs
Less than 72 hours before the start of the workshop: Exceptional unforeseen circumstances do happen… But please, find someone to replace you! Otherwise, we can offer a partial refund (50%)

In order to keep our rates as low as possible, we ask for your collaboration with the following terms.

Payment: We require payment in full 48 hours (business days) prior to the start of your rental. If payment is not received within this time, your rental will be automatically cancelled and you will be fully charged.

Up to two weeks prior to your rental: Cancellation or schedule modification without charge.
Within two weeks prior to your rental: In case of cancellation, 50% of the total will be kept as an administrative fee. Any schedule modification will incur an additional cost of $20 for rehearsals or $50 for any other type of rental.
