With the pandemic, we wanted to have the most accommodating cancellation policy possible. However, it now requires too much administrative work.
Unfortunately, we can no longer continue with this policy and will need your help!
By updating our cancellation and refund policy, we hope to give ourselves the means to continue to offer you flexibility, while ensuring our activities run smoothly.
WORKSHOPS
Keeping workshops accessible to all is our priority, whether in terms of price, diversification of offerings, expectations, etc. It is therefore important for us to be able to offer you the possibility of cancelling your participation in a workshop. Please note that we cannot make exchanges. Please notify us of your absence at any time.
Up to two weeks before the workshop: Full refund
Within two weeks of the workshop: Partial refund (75%) to cover administration costs
Less than 72 hours before the start of the workshop: Partial refund (50%) to cover administration costs
Once the workshop has started, it is no longer possible to obtain a refund. In exceptional cases (COVID-19, injury, accident, etc.), a 50% refund may be requested.
EVENTS
With meals, childcare, chair massages and simply limited space at each of our events, it’s important to let us know if you’re not coming so we can contact our waiting lists.
Up to one week before the event: Full refund
Within a week of the event: We can offer a partial refund (50%).
Within 48 hours of the event: No refunds possible, but we encourage you to let us know so we can contact the waiting list.
RENTALS
In order to keep our rates as low as possible, we ask for your collaboration with the following terms.
Payment: We require payment in full 48 hours (business days) prior to the start of your rental. If payment is not received within this time, your rental will be automatically cancelled and you will be fully charged.
Up to two weeks prior to your rental: Cancellation or schedule modification without charge.
Within two weeks prior to your rental: In case of cancellation, 50% of the total will be kept as an administrative fee. Any schedule modification will incur an additional cost of $20 for rehearsals or $50 for any other type of rental.
