Embodied performances

These workshops are an invitation to create, dance, and perform from within. Through the exploration of identities, inner worlds, or personal expression, each workshop leads to moments of creation.

Return to self

These workshops invite us to listen deeply to our sensations. Whether emotional, intuitive, somatic, or technical, each workshop guides us on a journey of exploration within ourselves.

The prompts, exercises, and guided explorations encourage to follow a personal path, while connecting and relating to our surroundings.

Community care

These workshops are an invitation to gather around collective sharing of tools, moments of creation, and exchanges.

The themes, reflections, and tools are sensitive to relationships, to what connects us, to what we collectively are living through.

Ancestral knowledges

These workshops are closely linked to the approaches of the artists who offer them. Through contemporary practices, ancestral knowledges, and stories, these workshops invite us to nurture new futures.

Interdisciplinary creations

Workshops for interdisciplinary creations in relation to objects, space, and each other. Offering tools for composition, experimentation, and creation, these workshops open up a shared space for exploration.
