CONTENT
Open to artists of all disciplines. The “Intensity Device” workshop draws on a range of performance art and dance movement techniques. The devices will enable us to explore the intensity specific to each participant. We’ll explore how to modulate the power of our actions, while seeking to stay connected to our accuracy and presence. The workshop will explore the question: how can we deepen our intensity while taking care of our integrity?

BIOGRAPHY
Camille Lacelle-Wilsey is a choreographer and performer newly based in the Eastern Townships. She draws her inspiration from the aesthetics of photography and cinema to create works imbued with hues and textures, affect and sensoriality. She adopts a physical approach to interference, transformation and sudden change of state. Through her approach, she seeks to expose free, expressive humans in constant modulation. Active listening and play mark her approach to teaching.
